Shameka Maxine Moore, BA
Born in Milwaukee, WI, is a visionary leader, business consultant, and emerging real estate developer with over 14 years of experience in economic development, operations, and community impact. Known as an activator and professional speaker, she has guided organizations through critical transitions, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and built sustainable infrastructures that serve both people and purpose. From the age of 17 into adulthood, she honed her business management skills under the mentorship of her late godfather, serial entrepreneur Julius Joseph, laying the foundation for her leadership and strategic expertise.
Shameka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Honors from Mount Mary University and is completing her MBA and Certificate in Entrepreneurship at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in December 2025. She also earned her National Producer License in Life Insurance from Kaplan University. Her additional certifications—including Design Thinking: Understanding the Process, E-Commerce Fundamentals, Data Privacy, Business Intelligence for Consultants, Cybersecurity for Executives, Project Management for Technical Projects, and Critical Communications for IT—reflect her commitment to excellence, innovation, and lifelong learning.
Throughout her career, Shameka has supported economic vitality, the political landscape, affordable housing initiatives, civic engagement in Milwaukee, and advocacy for underserved and underrepresented populations. She is the proud owner of MoorEnterprise, LLC and Midwest Insurance Lady, LLC for 7 years, with a proven track record of strengthening organizations by aligning vision with strategy.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Shameka mentors youth and adults on overcoming socioeconomic challenges and breaking generational curses. She serves in Racine, WI, where she actively participates in her church, discipling individuals in their walk with God and helping them grow in the prophetic. She is also writing her first book, focused on developing leaders in the church community. Through her leadership, mentorship, and authorship, she continues to inspire individuals and communities to heal, grow, and thrive.
