Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Shameka M. N. Moore carries a rich heritage shaped by both Midwest resilience and deep Southern roots. From childhood into adulthood, she traveled annually to Tennessee, cultivating a strong connection to her family lineage in Trenton, Tennessee, and Ripley, Mississippi. As a Black and Croatan Indigenous woman, Shameka embraces her culture and ancestry as a source of strength, purpose, and responsibility.

Recognized as a Kingdom Builder, serial entrepreneur, community impact strategist, and emerging real estate developer, Shameka brings over 17 years of experience in business, economic development, organizational leadership, and community transformation. She is known for leading organizations through critical transitions, developing sustainable infrastructure, managing complex initiatives, and creating solutions that uplift people and communities.

Her entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 16 under the mentorship of her late godfather, Julius Joseph, a seasoned entrepreneur who instilled in her the principles of ownership, discipline, leadership, and building from the ground up. His guidance helped shape her strategic mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and passion for creating generational impact through business and community development.

Entrepreneurship runs deep in Shameka’s lineage. She comes from a legacy of business owners and Black farmers who exemplified resilience, stewardship, and self-sufficiency, while emphasizing the importance of building assets for future generations. This foundation continues to influence her commitment to economic empowerment, community investment, and creating opportunities that strengthen families and neighborhoods.

Shameka earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Honors from Mount Mary University. In May 2026, she completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She also holds a National Producer License in Life Insurance issued by the Wisconsin Office of the Insurance Commissioner. Her additional certifications; including Design Thinking, E-Commerce Fundamentals, Data Privacy, Business Intelligence for Consultants, Cybersecurity for Executives, Project Management for Technical Projects, and Critical Communications for IT; reflect her commitment to innovation, excellence, and lifelong learning.

Throughout her career, Shameka has contributed to economic growth, civic engagement, affordable housing initiatives, organizational development, and community advancement across Milwaukee and beyond. She is the proud founder and owner of MoorEnterprise, LLC, and Midwest Insurance Lady, LLC, a seasonal insurance agency. Through her ventures and leadership, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to align vision with strategy, strengthen operations, and build sustainable systems.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shameka is deeply passionate about helping youth and families overcome socioeconomic barriers, break generational cycles, and discover their purpose. Through mentorship, discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual encouragement, she empowers individuals to grow in faith, identity, and their God-given calling.

Through entrepreneurship, real estate development, community investment, speaking, and mentorship, Shameka continues to inspire transformation locally, nationally, and globally. Her vision is to create spaces where people can heal, families can thrive, communities can prosper, and businesses can grow with purpose.

Currently, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Shameka is expanding her reach toward a global impact while building a legacy rooted in faith, service, innovation, and generational empowerment.
